APRIL IS STRESS AWARENESS MONTH
Stress can be debilitating and it can aggravate health problems. It is important to learn some helpful strategies for coping with stress.
Did you know? There are Three Types of Stress:
- Episodic Acute Stress: Frequent and causes you to feel under constant pressure. It can cause physical and mental damage.
- Chronic Stress: Most harmful, and if left untreated over a long period of time, it can cause significant damage to your physical health.
- Acute Stress: More common and frequent and is often caused by negative thoughts.
Ways to Help Mange Stress:
- Exercise
- Relaxation
- Have Fun
- Visit Your Doctor
