Our staff members are caring, committed professionals are here to help. If you cannot come to our offices, our staff can visit you in your home.
Our staff and volunteers speak English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Polish, Yiddish, French, Creole and Romanian

Our Programs
Social Services
Our professional social service staff provides assistance with entitlement services such as information about Medicaid, Medicare, Prescription Drug Coverage and other benefits. They help with applications for services such as Food Stamps, Meals-on-Wheels, Access-A-Ride Applications, Chore Care, and other services.
Health Services
Our Community Health Nurse provides health related services including Health Management, Health Promotion, Blood Pressure Monitoring and Screening, Nutrition Counseling as well as helping coordinate your home care needs if you are discharged from the hospital. She works closely with our social service staff and your medical team to assure a well coordinated plan of care.

If you would like to put a smile on a senior citizen's face, provide a vital service while learning and being part of a stimulating and friendly office, call our Coordinator of Volunteers and learn about how you can participate.
Volunteers play a vital and active role in our programs and we have many opportunities for rewarding and fulfilling work. These include our Telephone Reassurance Program, Senior Companion Program, SCSP Office Assistant and others opportunities.
Volunteer a few hours a week or each month and make someone happy!!!!
